2004 Toyota Prius Base

Description

One short note first. Please Do NOT text me. Call please. I don't bite unless you keep texting me. Typing can be extremely painful for me. Think of how you would feel under the same circumstances. It took me almost three hours to write this because I have to keep resting to stop pain. I will not answer any more texts. I also wrote this in my original ad down near the bottom. Thank you for your consideration. This is an older Prius that runs excellently in the summer and gets 47 MPG on non ethanol premium. It was getting about 32 on regular. The check engine light is on due to a Non-problem. I got the codes and had it checked by 2 different mechanics.who suggested that I get it checked by a muffler shop. I did that. The muffler shop said it was fine and suggested that it would be better off running on non-ethanol premium. I was skeptical about that, but decided to try it for fun. I was so astounded by the change in gas mileage I've run it that way ever since. I have only run it one winter when I first got it and it only got 32-34 mpg on a trip to Arizona. It ran and still runs great. Everything works except a very moody cruise control that seems to choose to work only during higher temperatures. The car needs to be run during the winter as well as the summer. The hybrid battery freezes if it is left sitting. Not a good thing. I live in the mountains on dirt roads and the car accumulates dust due to the roads. The freezing why it is for sale. I can't drive it in the winter. The interior also shows the reality of country roads and rural life. If you are interested, please phone leave your name and number and I will call you back after 1230 in the afternoon. Please do not text. Two oh Ate, two six tjhree 56 ate one. Car located near the Samuels store, about 10 miles north of Ponderay, ID More pics coming Saturday nite.
